Are Stress And Tensions Part And Parcel Of This Chaotic Era? by Shikha Sharma
in Other
Are stress and tensions part and parcel of this chaotic era or is it us who have allowed the whole thing to affect us, asks Monty Chadha. He says, this entirely depends on an individual on how and what he does to keep stress at bay. All that eventually makes a big time difference is how you perceive things and act accordingly. Look, if something has happened, there’s no point whining over it for the rest of life, indeed it is advised that instead of finding faults, take an initiative to fix concerns. The more proactively you would do that; you would eventually end up simplifying the rest of the things for you.
Having least said, here are the following things that makes a big time difference and helps in implying the rest of the things:
Do not overthink: stick to the saying that says, nothing in excess is good. So, overthinking on one common thing won’t help in any way, but yes, all could do is turn things upside down. Once something has happened, let it be. Give it time, with time; you will see that half of the things would automatically get sorted out. Time is the biggest pacifier against every wound.
Learn to relax: look… not everyone is same. Do not compare with you with someone else. If you are blessed with certain traits, do cherish it instead of whining or spoiling it just because according to you someone else is good t it. Do not find negativities in one thing or the other when you have thousands of reasons to cherish, that’s the whole ideology cherished by Monty Chadha.
Time management: in such bleeding competition out there, it is very important to strike a balance in what are you up to and ideally what should be doing, which otherwise will be really difficult to sustain things. There are many people who despite having everything counter complexities in managing things. Time management plays a vital role.
Those who happen to waste time, end up suffering in one way or the other. Remember no one kills time, but yes, time kills everyone. Instead of stretching things too far for no reason, let things be the way they are. Just go with the flow and you are likely to add in new dimensions.
Life suit filed with rainbow colors in life, all that’s required is you perceive things with a wider lens instead of whining over unnecessarily.
